El Rei D. Frango - Lisboa

We ate dinner in this small restaurant. It was superb! The food was excellent!:Sea bas fish, octopus. .vegetable soup and very nice wine. The waiter was so nice and polite. You just come without any reservation. A very recommended place!!!

We dined here in February, loved it, so we returned twice during our visit in October. The quality of the food is still excellent as is the service. We tried the octopus along with the fish of the day, Sea Bass the first time and Sea Bream the second. Again, all dishes were excellent. This is a can't miss restaurant in Lisbon. Not a large place but worth seeking out near the Rossio Train Station.

I found the food to be spectacular. We only had two dishes, the polvo and the black ink pasta with shrimp. They were both simple dishes but done so well. Probably my favorite meal in a 5 day blitz of Lisboa and Sintra.

AMAZING WONDERFUL I omg the food is so good and yummy. Your best bet is to make a reservation. These restaurants always have a line. The restaurant is also very small. We had to share a table with other patrons. The food came out in a timely manner, hot and delicious. It's cooked fresh and you can see. The service was great. The cooks work really well together. The dessert was so tasty we were going to share but ordered another. The menu is reasonably priced. I would totally eat there again.

The fried chicken came with vegetable rice and fries. Very large portion. Patio attendant was excellent and assisted me with getting a seat inside.
