Burger King - Birmingham

For the location, I'd expect a lot better service. The whole crew, including the manager, failed to acknowledge customers as they were coming in, and they looked over those that needed front help. Your store got 3 stars, only because I Love B.K.. But I do believe that, the next time I'm over in that area, I'll try some of the other restaurants, that are only less than a parking lot away. New looking restaurant, but same irritating feeling, when I leave.

Fish sandwich was hot and swimming in sauce. The chicken nuggets were old and I asked for regular nuggets but got a mixed bag with half of them spicy.

Best burger king ive ever been to. Proper food the first time. Nice employees. Clean store. Go here

Really nice staff, clean, everyone had a mask and staff was constantly changing their gloves. 10 of 10 would recommend

Very slow and rude at night, they want to take one order and rhen serve one we waited at the drive thru intercom over 5 plus minutes, and cashier started our order over...come on Burger King no apology no customer service skills! I said we waited in the Drive-Thru for nearly 20 minutes and come to find out that she did not get our order then when we got to the window had to ask her 3 times to repeat herself as if she was afraid to speak up
