Contribuisci feedbackMobile application 15 min away. it would be ready for pickup in 10-13min. with hungry children. nothing was ready to pick up or even start. for 30 minutes. they gave obvious preference/priority of the drive-thru line. Yes, they were busy, but this experience was one of the worst deaducks.
Messed up my order 3 times in a row, was very rude, and ignored me when asking a question. And there was no toilet paper in the bathrooms

This is the worst service I have ever experienced. 32 minutes to get a hot chai tea latte. Only one person taking internal orders and there was a very large order in front of me and nobody helped nobody opened the second register. Meanwhile 10 to 15 cars went through the drive-through when I'm even trying to get an order inside. They completed the seven drink order prior to even starting my order. Four employees were working on the orders apparently focused on the drive-through only. Terrible service.
Ordered ahead. No dining room open so no way to pick up mobile order. Only option was 10car deep drive through. Would not offer refund.
