My wife loved the sweet potato fries with the caramel dip and fish tacos and I really enjoyed the shrimp tacos. They were busier than they expected but the teamwork was inspiring and everyone was taken care of.
Not only is Matt a long time friend he and I graduated together. Not only is he and excellent cook and restauranteur, he brings together a great down home feel to his dinner selections whilst casting a cozy contemporary ambiance to the dining experience with panhandle appeal. And finally you couldn't ask for more cohesive and kin-like staff that will have you leaving satisfied and wanting to return to. Much like the family reunion you can actually feel good about. In my words alone, don't miss the opportunity to want go back time and again and when you enter the door, policy is Eat or Die!!
Excellent food and service. I've been working in Blountstown for the last few months and have eaten here several times. Every experience was great. I've had sandwiches, salads, seafood and steaks, each of which were excellent. Perhaps the best part: every steak I've ordered was cooked a perfected medium rare. Best place to eat in town!
Sweet potato fries were overcooked and they put mayo on my burger after I asked not to have it. HOWEVER: they brought me a new burger with no fuss whatsoever and it was amazing. (The second round of fries were much better as well). The ribeye sandwich was very good.
The food is outstanding the staff is great. Highly recommend the Sandbar and Shrimp....and The Spicy Mac and Cheese. The owner has a heart of gold he served the community after Hurricane Michael and so many were without.
