Jimmy John's - Blue Ash

We placed a very large order for an end of season team party and everything was just perfect! The food was delicious and delivered right on time. All our special requests were met and everyone enjoyed their meal. Thank you Jimmy John's for helping make our event so special!

I came in at 11:30 with an order for 6 meals for my office. I was promptly informed by the register person Andrew that I should have pre ordered because this is their busy time. No smile just very direct. There was only one person in the store. He just handed me 6 cups. I had to ask for the drink caddy. He handed me a carrier for 4 drinks. I had to ask for a second one. This person was not friendly. Will not be back for my office meetings. Remember, a smile is free.

Love this place..great subs great prices and I didn't take out a loan to afford it....

Always fast always right good service. Salt and Vinegar chips are the bomb diggity!

Won't take a 50 dollar bill for 20 dollar purchase when they have change and refuse service serious problems with employees here. Worst encounter ive ever had in my life when trying to get lunch.
