Delicious excellent service! I'm from SoCal. I ordered by Esther, who is always so helpful and friendly! 3 times a birthday... the best part is that I flew to Florida to try their bakery products. The best! I just put an order for the delivery of Hamanbags to my friends there. Undoubtedly, they will also be fantastic!

I and my wife have on the 6th. June a cake order for our wedding on 11. December 2022. We had in our contract that the cake is delivered at 11:30 a.m. when the venue opens, they came to the venue at 9:30 a.m. before the venue was opened. They had to come back at 11:30, cake was not delivered again. Kochness offered no discount, they had to send a cook to correct the problem. It put us a lot of stress on the wedding day.

That could be a strange critique, because I never tasted their baked goods. my daughter had recently had a hard time with her man, and the people at her job were just wonderful. I wanted to reward her with something nice. I chose cookness for a YELP evaluation and called it. I told them I was from nyc and wanted something nice for my daughter. they probably knew they had every chance to tear me off, but they didn't. Even when it came to deliver the ware, they first quoted me $10, then said as it was close, it was only $5. later on the day, my daughter sent me a note that said: that was wonderful, and all went over them. if I see how this $85 order came out, I would like to trust them with all future orders, regardless of size.

Torah Academy's cupcake decorating club (aka Mrs.Brown's Baker's dozen) had a wonderful time at Baketory. Thank you Simon and Patricia for giving us a grand tour of the bakery and letting us sample the delicious cakes!

When I got to the Caketory, I asked the woman at the counter whether a cake was chocolate. She said it was. We had to wait around 15 minutes to be waited on, and I asked again as I picked out a specific cake. I was assured the cake was chocolate. When we had our birthday celebration and cut the cake, we were disappointed to see it was some kind of very watered down (maybe? chocolate. The cake was also overly sweet. I like to patronize small bakeries but this one needs work.
