Salt - Boulder

Salt is always one of the best places in Boulder! We had another fabulous meal and incredible service, as always.

Had a great meal and fun time at SALT. My friend and I ate at the bar. We enjoyed the delicious mussels and the vegetarian plate. The drinks were outstanding as well. Highly recommend!

Hands down one of the best veggie burgers I’ve ever had. I cannot wait to go back. Our server katie was terrific. Also really enjoyed the mocktail I got.Vegetarian options: A PHENOMENAL house made veggie burger.

Hands down the BEST pork chop of my 30 years on this planet. Not dry, perfectly seasoned. Pairs great with the creamy polenta and Cabernet butter. If you don’t like it, I’ll personally reimburse you for it.

My husband and I chose to celebrate our reception dinner here at SALT and our experience was absolutely wonderful!! When we walked I'm everyone of the staff clapped for us and the entire restaurant gave us cheers of congratulations!! The food was excellent!! My husband and I both had the venison and it was cooked to perfection!! Our server did a great job keeping up with everything we needed for all of the kiddos in our party!! I can't wait to come visit again when we come back to Colorado!! Thank you so much for welcoming us and being a part of our special night!!
