L'embrun - Brest

The pictures speak for themselves. From entry to dessert everything was seasoned to perfection. Dressage is as refined as flavours. I took the 5-course menu and the proportions were pretty copyy. The atmosphere of the restaurant is pleasant, we have a view of the open kitchen. Servers/servers are in small care. The chef does not hesitate to turn the tables at the end of the evening. A good time for my birthday. I'll come back without hesitation for an opportunity.

A discovery like the plates defy. A wonder for eyes and taste buds. A very sober place without chichi but respectful, just like all the staff. A well-deserved star. A pleasure.
