Great service, clean and the food tasted great. The staff was so friendly and cared for us. IHOP now offers a wide range of alternative healthy products. The protein pancakes tasted better than the originals! Can't wait to go back and try some of the other new selection. Service: 5/5

Waiting was extremely long and we were all hanging. The waitress and the other workers were completely overwhelmed and the restaurant was seriously understated. The food was good and hot, even though it was a long wait. Food: 5/5

Service was great, but the $2.99 coffee tasted burned and stale, and not worth the price. Also the kitchen was a little stingy with the butter on pancakes and French toast, and the syrup was thin and watery. I think I'm staying at local Mexican restaurants for a better breakfast option.

The server didn't tell us about veteran day special for my husband and after we ate the host asked if we got his free breakfast and I said no, so asked server about it and she said she would give him a discount, $1.18 out of 25.00. embarrassing to say the least. Food: 4/5

It 's incredibly disheartening to walk in and the first thing out of the hosts mouth is, Are you good with a 40 minute wait, we only have 3 servers. This is purely on management and the lack of hiring/scheduling.Food: 3/5
