Tim Hortons - Buffalo

Let's get one thing straight, TIM HORTONS DOES NOT MAKE ANYTHING FRESH IT COMES IN PRE FROZEN. IT IS JUST THAWED AND SERVED. Enjoy!2 out of the 3 items I wanted were not available the third, 2 pretzel bagels, were stale and hard enough to chip a tooth. This location is garbage

Closes at 2pm on Sundays????? Maybe PUT A SIGN UP. Six of us sitting in the drive through right now with no sign saying you're closed. Unacceptable lack of customer service!!!!!!

This location was really good but I was disappointed because I ordered in the Tim Hortons app and two of the items I ordered they didn't have the app should be configured to take out of stock items into account otherwise I would have given it five stars

Terrible just TerribleOrdered breakfast sandwich with just cheese and sausage because my niece doesn’t like egg, guess what we got!! Breakfast sandwich with just egg and cheese ???My coffee was made wrong!Seems like no one wants to listen when you’re placing your order.

I have always had a great experience at this Tim Horton's. I was just recently here and noticed a cup in the tree and ran out to grab it and throw it away, not sure why anyone would do this. When I got up to the window I was told my order was taken care of by the district manager, I just want to say thank you! Was not expecting that and would hope anyone would help keep anywhere clean.
