We have eaten great, excellent grilled meat and fish and the waitresses are very friendly despite the fact that we do not speak Portuguese. If we return to the island, we will surely go to eat.

We wanted to visit another restaurant in the opposite, but the wood fired bbq and outside seats caught our eye, so the five of us family and friends decided to have here at lunchtime and were powerfully glad that we did. we had. the espetada of the meat plus the cajun huhn and spicy chicken among others and we all agreed how excellent they were and the accompanying chips were simply the best that we had eaten all vacations. unfortunately we discovered this jewel of a restaurant too late on our last Friday and on Sunday only wanted to find that it is closed, but hey ho now know and will be sure to visit more often on our next trip

Drive up the mountain this place is sooo worth it! Best grilled meats and chicken and the coleslaw was so good! The toasted Portugese bread was delish!
