Rally's - Cape Girardeau

Many many visits over the years and always perfect. May try again at a later date who knows. Was given complete wrong order tonight. Asked for a remake and got some of the same food handed back in a new bag. Our Remade food was cold. Deep fried food shouldn 't be cold upon serving. Trying to re-serve messups is against many health codes. Do better.

Bread to the burger was stale. The burger was cold, who left out one of my items. Terrible experience my fries were so cold and there was only about maybe 15 of them total in a medium it wasn’t the deliveries fault because they were quick about picking it up and quit getting here so there would be no room to blame that on

I went here the staff was horribly rude. The food was cold and when i tried to go back and ask them if they would give us warm food they was really rude about it and told me they coulnt do anyting about

They gave us the wrong food then the girl with all the tattoos working the window was rude and slammed the window when my son was talking to her. Worst service EVER. Will not go back!

Slow dumb lazy workers who need rehab this place needs new management or be shut down
