Kfc - Carrollton

Place is pitiful second year in a row we've went to get food from here for our Christmas lunch and last year it was ridiculous didn't get it right and had to go back and this year they aren't even opened yet or capable to even fulfill the rather moderate order. It's a pretty sad world we live in where either this place just stinks or there somehow aren't enough people to work where in that case they still stink and should just close instead of wasting people's time.

This is my second review in one day, I rescend the first review, after getting home with my food I realized they didn't give me 2 of my items that I ordered, so therefore I had to go back to Carrollton KFC to get my missing items, so being that it is a 25 minute trip one way, by the time I got back home the second time, needless to say, my food was cold and not warm like it should've been. If I would've got the food I ordered the first time I was there, I would've got to have a warm meal. Let's not forget that I called twice before going back down there and nobody answered the phone. I think it's ridiculous that they can't get the orders right down there, when it was nowhere near busy when I went the first time and they fail to look up at there order board to make sure they got everything the customer ordered, now the young lady I mentioned in my first review, she done what was needed to make my order right,

I understand that there is a shortage of food workers, but I was disappointed to find no one at the counters and a group of people waiting in the lobby. When I inquired about their wait time, I learned they had been waiting for 20 minutes. I decided it wasn't worth my time to wait. Instead, I went to the Mexican restaurant next door, where I was seated and back on the road in just 40 minutes.

Ordered the new Chizza and fries and received chicken tenders and Mac and cheese. The chicken was so hard and rubbery that I wouldn’t have even feed to my dogs. This is the worst service I have ever received. Also this dog food cost me about $25 dollars. I can’t with businesses and employees with these prices.

Ordered online. Sent sons to pick up order. They brought it back to Sparta where I live. They didn’t include the 8 tenders ordered. After calling them, they wouldn’t refund any money. They wanted to put my name on a list or something. Beware this location!
