Old Corral Steakhouse - Centennial

We never stayed here. We stayed in an air B&B in town. We were in Centennial for a week. We ate at different places in Saratoga, Laramie. Little did we know that the best place to eat was just down the hill! Service was perfect! Steak was excellent! Drinks were just right! And the Homeade cheesecake with raspberry sauce was the best cheesecake I have ever had. They also have probably the best gift shop in the area. Hidden Gem. Hopefully I get to come back a stay! And this will be my spot to eat. Thank you staff!

I had an excellent prime rib meal, and the salmon was fantastic as well! The waiter was very attentive and friendly. Overall, I would rate the service a 5 and the location a 4.

The hotel had a charming vibe, reminiscent of a polygamist community, at least from the outside. The steakhouse was outstanding, with exceptional service. The food surpassed my expectations—unfortunately, I didn't have time to take pictures because I devoured everything too quickly. This quaint Centennial town reveals a lively atmosphere as soon as the sun sets. Don't forget to bring your fishing poles! Nearby activities include fishing, hiking, sightseeing, and just relaxing. Overall, I would rate the rooms a 5.
