Joy Macaron - Centreville

This is a lovely establishment run by a wonderful lady! I placed my order quite late, but she kindly allowed me to pick it up even after closing time at 9 PM. She was incredibly friendly on the phone and even more so in person. The macarons are absolutely delicious! I tried the crème brûlée vanilla gelato along with several regular macarons, and they were all fantastic! I also ordered the jasmine green milk tea, which tasted very fresh. It had a slight bitterness that was neither overwhelming nor unappealing. Overall, it was a great experience!

Kim was very accommodating. Even with just a few minutes notice, she was able to provide me a very elegant gift for a 50th birthday celebration. The maracona were so good!

Maybe I caught them on a bad day, but I ordered 4 macarons via Door Dash today. They were ICE cold, they did not taste fresh and the cookie portion was hard as a rock. At almost $4 a macaron, I expected way better quality!
