Contribuisci feedbackThis is my second experience with food poisoning after eating here. I reported the first incident over six months ago, hoping they would improve. Last night, I ordered a burrito and noticed a slimy texture after just a few bites, so I discarded the food immediately. The employees do not adhere to good hygiene practices. When I asked for fresh lettuce because the one in the bin was old and wilting, the employee brought out a new bin but mixed the old lettuce in with it, which is completely unacceptable! Chipotle should close this location down. It seems they don't care, as they ignore the negative reviews. I strongly advise against eating here—try CAVA instead; I've never gotten sick from their food!
Food had no flavor, meat was cold, toppings not COLD. I even question the sour cream it was so runny. Worst meal I have had at any location. Go to one by Costco much better food quality.
Waited 10 minutes OVER the pickup time, total of 20 minutes since I placed the order. It was quicker to get in line and reorder the food. Once my pickup time hit, I let them know yet it still took this long. Absolutely unacceptable. I will not return to this store.
The staff was extremely rude. One of the young employees at the counter told me that he "could care less" about my satisfaction with my order.
I'm not certain if all Chipotle locations are the same, but this one stood out as better than some I've visited. The meat had a bit more spice and was more flavorful, while the other ingredients complemented it perfectly!
