Bobo's Cafe - CHAPPAQUA

I usually love BoBos but be aware, there is no way to use a gift card in their own app. I placed an order via their app which requires a default credit card and put a note in there with all of the gift card information saying please do not the charge the card. Please use the gift card instead, and when I arrived to pick up my order, not only was the credit card charged which it seems happens automatically, however the manager on shift had a long explanation as to why it would be way too difficult for him to refund my card and place the order on the gift card. This is very frustrating as the only reason the order was placed was because I received a gift card. Additionally, from my experience in retail, it is not at all difficult to refund the credit card and redo the water for the gift card. Terrible show of customer service for a place that I typically really enjoyed.

Great food and location, and nearly everything can be made (safely) gluten free for my celiac wife. We love this place

Hygiene is no longer Bobo’s strong suit. Great food but from the inside floors and bathrooms to the outside seating area — everything was absolutely disgustingly dirty. Shameful, especially since the food and service are quite excellent.

They have the best Açaí Bowl I’ve ever had and their Service is great!I always enjoy to come back?
