Papa Johns - Chesterfield

Papa Johns, in partnership with e-save, is deceiving customers with the e-save scam. They enroll you without your knowledge and continue to charge your card for years. Avoid purchasing from Papa Johns and avoid supporting their fraudulent practices.

The chicken pieces were tough and the potatoes were undercooked. When I mentioned this to the manager, they responded by saying no one else had complained. Well, I am!

Be cautious of the scam when ordering online from Papa John's. They are associated with a company called Complete Save, which will charge £15 per month after the initial 30 days for nothing.

Absolutely diabolical!!! Cold and no taste! When I called to complain I was told that it couldn’t be cold and that I should have called within 1/2 hour!! That it was my fault!!! No apology or anything! I didn’t call right away as I was seeing to the kids! We won’t be back!

Ordered a family deal of one large half and half and chicken strippers. Food arrived late so was cold. Chicken starter was ok but nothing special. The pizza was just dreadful. The so called Hawaiian must have had two pieces of ham on it with the rest being made up of pineapple. The biggest issue though was the fact it was as flat as a pancake and had a biscuit consistency. So annoyed I called and asked to speak to the manager. Apparently he was at their other store in Hertfordshire! He eventually called me back to argue that the food was good quality. Told me he would give me a refund but this hasn’t happened. Will never use them again.
