Burger King - City of Canandaigua

Was looking forward to BK, had been a while . Order bacon on our sandwiches, it's like they just took it out the pack and warmed it. We both removed our bacon, waste if and bacon. . The onion rings were cold and flimsy, been sitting a while. Won't bother going back.

Ordered BK Big Fish with Extra Tartar Sauce. Fish Square Was Burnt, Shriveled and Over Fried and Had to Return It for A Fresh Sandwich. Replacement Fish Sandwich Was No Better, Over Fried and Tasted of Old Grease and Barely Any Tartar Sauce. Dining Room Area Tables and Floors Were Dirty As Well the Order Area. Staff Was More Shocked and Unresponsive to My Complaint!!! Wow!!! Thanks!!!

Horrendous...dont bother with your time or your money. I swear they only make food once in the beginning of their shift. My son wanted 2 whopper juniors and mozzarella sticks, plus a sprite. They had no ice, the soda was luke warm. The whole order was cold, mozz sticks, meat and all, so it had to be thrown away when we got home so he didn't get sick. (We live 5 minutes away). You could tell the food had been sitting out for a looong time. The person taking our order was rude, and on her phone the entire time, so it wasn't even worth it to go back that night. Never again.

We did drive through but it was busy and we got shorted a medium Fry

The food was very high quality for fast food and the employees were very fast getting the food ready with nice attitudes!
