Bob's Diner - City of Watervliet

This place may look awful on the outside when me and my family first saw it but on the inside it’s and an amazing casual little diner! The staff is phenomenal, super friendly, our waitress Abbigal she was a sweetheart and phenomenal too!!!! I would highly recommend this place!

Great late night location, only 24 hour place in the area. Staff is super friendly. Food is perfect, pancakes are amazing, mozzarella sticks, poppers and potato skins are unmatched. Excellent breakfast and sandwiches and very good. Lastly, cross track fries and cheese sauce on the side.

I've been going to Bob's for years now and it has never disappointed me. Always the best prepared food and great service. Spent many late nights and early mornings here.

Been going to Bobs for over 30 years. The last few times the service has been terrible, the food isn’t what it used to be, and tonight, while there with my family, they let some old timer sleep in his booth and fart while people are there eating their dinner. I have never been so disgusted at a restaurant in my life. Time for some new staff and better policy!

This was my very first diner I went to when I moved into my very first apartment in the capital region and it is still my favorite hometown diner of all time.
