SMELLS LIKE CIGARETTES FROM DOWNSTAIRS BAR, AND FOOD IS NOT PREPARED FRESH AS MOST IS COMPLETELY FROZEN: We haven 't been there in months due to the older gentleman (we believe owners husband or brother) being exceptionally very mean, and crass, towards aminor child male employee. (Tall, curly haired young man) The older gentleman doesn 't care if there are customers, as there werealmost all spaces tables filled that night minus, maybe 3 empty. He was verbally abusive to the point I stood up and said outloud to the young female employee, Um, does he have a problem?? Because I have my kids here as you can see, and I will NOT putup with that!!! She then said, He 's in a bad mood. I am sorry. I said out loud to where he heard me, IDC!!! Save that forhome!! This is business time. Customers are here Kids are here!! Enough already! He didn 't. We, eventually, got our food,...It was awful. Not cooked throughout, was told most is frozen by the young woman waiting for our food, (ewe, improperly thawedand ill cooked) WILL NOT RECOMMEND UNLESS THEY GUY IS GONE, FOOD IS PREPARED RIGHT, AND THE BUSINESS DEMEANOR CHANGES!!!!
Well, this was definitely a different experience First of all, it was a bit baffling to even find the place. I was damn near convinced it didn't exist until I just decided to walk into the VFW and there it was. But upon finally discovering its location,I was sort of stunned to find the place deserted. I mean, I almost strolled right into the kitchen looking for anyone. And Inearly decided to answer the ringing phone while I was at it. The food was good but perhaps a bit pricey for the area.
Great food, Good portion sizes for the price. Staff is very friendly They are not a fast food place you will wait but you will have great food. The chicken is awesome!
Got takeout ONCE! Never again. ???? I got spaghetti and meatballs with garlic toast, and had to ask for the garlic toast because they forgot it waited 20 extra minutes for it and it was a slice of white bread, burnt, and sprinkled with garlic powder. Thespaghetti was overcooked, meatballs were so overcooked and dry, you could break a window with them. My husband had meatloaf withmashed potatoes, gravy, and green beans; they forgot the green beans (Didn't notice til we were home). The meatloaf was a biggerversion of my meatballs: dry, hard, and not edible. So we just paid for garbage, literally, food that we brought home and threwout!
