McDonald's - Cluj-Napoca

We got a new maestro burger with champignon mushrooms, for lei, we only found mushrooms in the burger. Pic attached. The fries where so old they where not soggy but rock hard. We where lucky we didnt break our teeth by eating them....Service was so and so. Not worth more than a out of

I have visited the mc under this address a few times! The waiting is just terrible, each and every time is a minimum of minutes, sometimes even The staff is not organized at all! Very poor quality. If the orders are large, there...are stuffs missing: burgers, French fries, etc! Please do something about these issues!!

The usual McDonalds, nothing fancy. The staff members were polite enough. Depending on the time of the day you'll have to wait between minutes and minutes to get your order. There were no kiosk ordering solution available so you have to wait in...line to place your order.

Lately you have to wait around half an hour to order. It irritates me so much, I can't even describe.

So I have held off writing a review for this place because it's just fast food, yes? But time and time again during our visits to Cluj, my husband and I find ourselves here at least once during our vacation time because of the quality...and convenience. The staff is very friendly to foreigners, the bathrooms are clean, it never seems to be crowded and the food is good. If you don't speak Romanian and are brave, try the drive thru. Overall, McDonald's is McDonald's but this place is great as a convenience. Side note: I have only been here during the morning/afternoon hours.
