Waited 60 mins for takeaway self pick up, whilst I was told to wait only 20 mins at first and that I could see Deliveroo pick up service only takes 30 mins. I kept checking with the staff for a few times, every time I was told my order is being prepared. Super unprofessional customer service, you better not lie to customers or you are losing them forever. With this level of service, I don’t see any point to rate your food as you have totally ruined the experience of a first-time customer.

Went for lunch with my son. The staff brought out Mickey Mouse bowl and cutlery for him which was lovely! The staff were friendly and the food was fine
