Freshii - Cochrane

Not sure what to say exactly, i think i shouldve left the moment i entered, it smelled of rotten food, the menu board was broken and generally unclean. When i got my wrap it tasted of funky lettuce, and i proceeded to pull out 3/4 of my spring mix as it was slimy. Guess i shouldve returned it but didnt want to go back and talk to the unfriendly staff.No return for me sorry not so freshii.

Carrots and slaw were moldy! Extremely disgusting stench! Hours are inconsistent as workers just shut down early if they want. FOOD POISON AVOID!

Terrible value. Small portion for a lot of money and rude service. Definitely won't be back.

Went from my fave place to somewhere I won 't ever go back. You walk in and can tell they don 't care at all. Monitors are off. Ingredients were all stale. So much for FRESH it was old and crusty dried out ingredients. For the price I paid it sucks to throw half of it in the garbage. Very low quality service and just overall a very poor atmosphere. In addition a few months back they would not honor the rewards APP. In contrast you go to anywhere in YYC and the mgmt does everything they can to help you. Disappointed as it was once a great place!

I showed up for breakfast, as the hours say it opens at 9am. It wasn’t open (10:15am), I waited around and the person opening pulled up, and pretended he didn’t work there and walked away, to then go back and open the restaurant when I walked away. Very disappointing and I won’t be giving this business my money going forward.
