Panera Bread - Oneonta

Terrible service, had to wait 10 minutes to order and they were out of coffee and lemonade when I went to the machines. 15 minutes later and still no coffee. This is my last time here. This place is not inexpensive and should be better.

My husband and I went in for a coffee and something sweet in the early evening. There was only a light roast coffee available the other roasts were empty (Columbian coffee) or nearly so. The milks were down to half and half and 1%. There were very fewsweet breads left and what we picked out were not enjoyable. Did they put out the daily ration and just let it run out?

I read the reviews saying Panera got many orders mixed up and thought Id be the exception.. They charged me $30 and ended up sending me a $15 meal that was someone elses. Thank goodness customer support was so quick to fix this issue, but I havent had a salad or anything of nutritional value in weeks, I ordered a salad which is all I wanted and now I fear I wont have the energy to mentally make it through my finals. Very disappointed and appalled in the complete lack of organization.

The sandwichs straight up tasted gross my family and I felt sick from trying them. The Mac n cheese was good though.

Fast good food, healthy options. The building has a lot of natural light from all the windows. Not as cozy as the older Panera locations. But if you need sunshine, it's great. It's easy to find things on the pick up shelves and there is a lot of seating near the pickup shelves that you can use while
