VERY difficult to get simple order correct. Milkshakes were very foamy, really expensive

We did a mobile order at 7:33pm. We walked in the lobby a few minutes later and there were about 8 other people in there. 10 minutes went by with nobody addressing the customer. Come to find out the ice cream machine had broke. Fast forward another 15 minutes and a man was helped at the counter. 10 minutes after that he received his order and we still had not received ours. She asked what ordered and made it. Worst blizzard I have ever had. I understand things happen but no communication, no apology and nothing to make it right. The manager on duty just hid in the back. We will not be back.

This location has serious issues with mixing their Blizzards. I ordered a medium hot chocolate Blizzard and halfway through, I found just regular ice cream. This isn't the first time I've had this problem here. Unfortunately, if you live in this area, there aren't any other options nearby.

When I got home, which is less than a mile from the DQ, I found both Blizzards to be poorly mixed; they were far too soft, and each had plain vanilla ice cream sitting at the bottom, missing the ingredients that should have been blended throughout. Specifically, the Strawberry Blizzard only had fruit on top, rather than being evenly mixed. Having lived in Big Lake, MN for the past ten years, I’ve always had positive experiences at DQ there, where the product quality was consistent and satisfactory—something that was clearly lacking today. It seems that there is a significant issue with quality control at this particular DQ franchise, which makes me hesitant to return. Additionally, the thought of driving further to Casa Grande for a properly made Blizzard is not appealing. This unfortunate experience has led me to think twice about visiting this Dairy Queen location again.

Manager had the nastiest cigarette breath ever! Blizzard was way over priced. Food tasted old and gave me an upset stomach. Never wasting my money here again.
