I ordered Duck pancakes, king prawn noodles, and mussels for myself one evening. The noodles were extremely greasy and left a bad aftertaste, the prawns were watery and tasteless, and the mussels were gritty. The duck was burnt and dry, so I threw everything away. I tried contacting the takeaway but received no response until I went in person with my son. Despite explaining the situation, the woman at the takeaway was rude and refused to replace my order, offering only 20% off my next order. Despite being a loyal customer, I will never order from them again due to her terrible attitude. It's a shame that one bad meal led to such unprofessional behavior. I hope others don't have a similar experience.

The food was terrible, overpriced, and extremely unpleasant. Without a doubt, this is the worst Chinese restaurant I have ever visited. Avoid at all costs.
Our food was cold noodles greasy and tasteless chicken balls were soggy won't be going back .Maybe they have changed staff
We’ve been coming here regularly since 2014. The food has always been good. Unfortunately this time I called and asked them to deliver. I was told minimum order £18 so instead went to collect it as my order was £15.60. On arrival into the takeaway I saw a sign stating free local delivery min order £14. We live in Maidenbower, I challenged her on this and said I was disappointed and that they couldn’t change the goal posts! I then went to pay by AMEX and was told they don’t take AMEX. I told her she was registered with AMEX for their shop small scheme. She told me the fee was too high. The food is good but the sizes are getting smaller such as the chicken balls which are nearly half the size they were previously and also the sauce pots are half the size. Overall I’m disappointed and after 6 years... I won’t be going back. You can’t treat your regular, local customers like this.
