The customer service was great, but the cookies weren’t anything to write home about. They were good, but great.

These cookies are amazing. I’ve tried almost all their flavors and they are so good. They are perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. They are usually served warm too. My favorites are the classic chocolate chip and the oatmeal raisin but any of the flavors are good. I love how they let you buy a variety. Best cookies ??????

Cookies are fantastic. They look flat and crispy but are soft and chewy in the middle! I went twice while on our vacation here.

During our late afternoon visit to Faneuil Hall, we decided to try out the assortment of cookies at the Boston Chipyard. While they offered a range of flavors and the option to mix and match, I was underwhelmed. The cookies were rather average. They didn't stand out from the store-brand cookies you can find at the grocery store.The ability to mix and match flavors is a cool gimmick but I would probably stick to much cheaper alternatives.

Ordered 1 dozen of each flavor for my mother for mother’s day! Not only did it cost $160 $60 for shipping from Boston to Kingston) it took 3 days to ship and then she received 3 cans of absolutely stale cookies! Huge Disappointment!!!
