Kn Drive-in - Cuero

Service is usually very good at kn however this time the girl that was working the drive through was very rude. She was angry me and a friend wanted separate orders and we could hear her talking negatively about us and even being very disrespectful to a coworker. Everyone else was very kind just this girl was so disrespectful

Sat at the drive through for five minutes while I watched one girl watch another woman make her a milkshake. Finally got my order taken and then had to pull up because a car was behind me to literally pull right back in because my order was done. I had to wait for no reason and they easily came through. Also as she was handing my my food through the window I heard her say she lost a nail. I can't enjoy my food now because I'm searching for said nail. Food was okay. Lettuce looks really old and tator tots could of be cooked longer

Every time I go the food is consistently good and the people there are so friendly. Five stars

Last experience very sub par. Less than friendly.Ckn WAY OVERCOOKED/inedible and Steak fingers bizarrely mushy and texture grossed me out so we ate our fries but not that silly salad. Hopefully just a fluke. I 'm sure I 'll try again. Pretty good in past. Maybe stick with burgs
