The photo is of the grilled beef bowl with Ani bean sprouts. It seems that many dishes use seasonings from Marusichi in Ani. You can enjoy Ani to the fullest by visiting the hot springs and eating Ani bean sprouts.
After soaking in the hot springs, we had lunch here. The staff were friendly and we enjoyed a delicious katsu curry. They told us it takes 8 minutes to fry the cutlet. The prices are a bit high, so maybe next time I'll try the miso ramen?
The restaurant located inside the Michi-no-Eki and hot spring facility is quite delicious. The price is a bit on the high side, but the ingredients are not cheaply made and seem to be of good quality, so once you taste it, you will understand that it is completely worth it. I highly recommend the katsu curry. You can enjoy a more delicious, authentic Japanese-style curry than at a mediocre curry specialty store.
