Starbucks - Dacula

This is the best Starbucks I’ve ever visited! The staff is extremely friendly, the drive-thru service is always fast, and the store is both comfortable and clean. They went above and beyond to make me feel special on my birthday! I just had to share this wonderful experience!

This is the third day in a row that they have closed unexpectedly without any clear reason. This seems to happen quite often. I've never experienced such unprofessionalism at a Starbucks before. The service is also extremely slow. Although most of the staff are friendly, the unexpected closures are very frustrating. What’s going on?

I typically receive fast and friendly service at this restaurant, but today was an exception. I waited in line while a young woman engaged in a long conversation with a guy who had already received his order. For about 3-4 minutes, she didn’t even acknowledge my presence. I understand that it can be tough to find good help these days, but this is a business, not a high school hangout. You really need to improve in this area.

After waiting for several minutes and feeling increasingly frustrated because I needed to get to my meeting, I ultimately decided I couldn't wait any longer. I left without my coffee or my money. This was my first and certainly my last visit to this Starbucks, and I was very disappointed.

I’ve never been a big fan of Starbucks, but I was truly impressed by this location. Being new, everything is fresh and modern, and they maintain a spotless environment. The customer service is outstanding, and there's always a warm atmosphere. I highly recommend this Starbucks!
