Burger King - Dania Beach

The lobby was very clean and the bathrooms were also clean. The young man and the young lady working there were very polite and decent. I liked the service and the food was excellent. I will definitely go back to this place.

We had a strange experience at this restaurant. We went through the drive-thru late at night and had to place our order three times. When we finally got our food, we realized we also received the order of someone else. It seemed like there were only three employees working, and they appeared to be a bit intoxicated.

The girl taking orders apparently have troubles wirh hearing because she couldn't hear me over speaker as well as when I pulled up to the pick up window. Got the order after yelling and it was not complete. Fries and napkins were missing. Told about it to her and she refused to give it to me saying that she needs a code. Didn't have any codes, showed her my order in the app and it still wasn't enough for her. Told her I'm not leaving until I get my order and she just threatened me with cops. So I sat there for about 10 min and the first had to go.

This is the scariest place I have ever been inside. The lady working the counter was very rude and had a child like a 3 year old child behind the counter. It looks so dirty and messy in here. Food tastes awful. All the tables were dirty. Menu food screens broken. DO NOT EAT HERE. The fries literally taste like metal and it smells so bad.

The customer service is HORRIBLE!!! We sat at the drive thru saying hello for 5min then we pulled up at the window thinking maybe the speaker was broken we said “hello” and was ignored a dirty looking woman came to the window and seen my debit card in my hand and instantly said with a rude attitude “CASH ONLY” “CASH ONLY “ not even a good morning hello nothing. I’m kinda happy that I didn’t eat food there after seeing the disgusting people who work there. They’re are definitely pocketing money that’s why the only want to take CASH ONLY. It was 9/21/22 around 9:40am on Wednesday just so you know who was working there that girl handling the drive thru window needs to be trained and clean up herself. I’m a a business owner and she is not a good representation for Burger King especially serving food looking dirty like that not good.
