Taco Bell - DAVISON

This location almost always gets orders right. The drinks here are significantly better than those at the nearby Belsay Rd. location. I'm even considering having my wedding here!

There was barely any steak in my breakfast crunchwrap. However, the cinnamon bites were delicious.

Honestly I?m seething atm. Just waited in line for over 30 minutes in drive-thru, no big deal, I get it, they were busy. But then to wait all of that time to have NO ONE say a thing on the speaker. They let me sit for over 5 minutes before I said ?hello?? To be responded with ?we?re not taking orders. Too short staffed? they had all the lights on and could have easily said something when I pulled up to the speaker. Zero indications they weren?t serving. I used to go out of my way to go to this location because service and food was better than those in the other areas. But after that, I?m never going back. Obviously whoever they have running the management there is not trained to handle a decent workload. You don?t just ignore customers. I?d give -5 stars if I could.

Not this specific Taco Bell, but all of them are getting rid of lots of older menu items. The people working here were trying their best to help us, but all told, they either no longer carried or were just out of four different items we wanted to order, two of them on the drive-thru board still. We waited a long time in the drive-thru, just to find out they didn't have what we wanted. My wife wanted to just leave, but because of the layout, we were completely blocked in and had to wait anyway. I gave it a 3 star because the bad visit wasn't the fault of the workers there, but I told my wife that I absolutely refuse to go back to any taco bell again.

Drive thru was quick tonight for as busy as it was. Food was satisfactory
