Contribuisci feedbackAbsolutely the worst Dunkin' run by HRG. They were going to stay open during the remodel and the day they changed their mind, they accepted online orders to a closed store. It took over 14 days to get my $3 refund. Since reopening, every experience has been terrible. On one occasion I watched an employee make fun of a customer who'd just had a bad experience! My last mobile order wasn't ready until 20 minutes after the scheduled time. The slip was printed and waiting but they made all the new orders before starting on mine, and I was late to work. HRG used to respond to customer complaints but I guess they're getting too many now to respond.
Four people working there and yet they had no donuts. The ones they had were just settling for us. They had a few racks that werent put away, but nothing in the case, but Maybe three choices. They did not tape the box and the Box buckled and they almost fell out. I had to go back and ask for a piece of tape. The jelly donuts had 25 cent size amount of jelly in it. The double chocolate in the chocolate glazed, I believe to be old. I don’t understand why with four people there but they can’t function enough to satisfy the customers.
My drink was missing the foreshots of raspberry. I only got lemonade. It was supposed to be a raspberry lemonade refresher.
Ran better with just the one old lady then the 3 people you got working Todd morning. I started at my drink for 5 minutes in the drive thru
Went to pick up a mobile order. Upon arrival I was informed by a young lady that the donuts ordered were sold out and asked if I wanted something else. As I was looking to see what other options were available, she went to punch out for break and left. Great customer service! (That is sarcasm.
