Brider - Denver

I absolutely love the staff at this restaurant! They are always incredibly welcoming and friendly. They promptly take care of your order and ensure that all your needs are met with a positive attitude. If you can, try to catch Em when she’s working behind the bar—her drinks are the best! Food rating: 5/5.

I ordered a large lunch for my company, clearly specifying the number of meals needed, but they failed to include my boss's order. My boss even overheard my conversation with them. As a result, we didn't have enough meals, which is quite disappointing considering we spent $277 and my boss didn't receive his meal. To make matters worse, the staff didn't even bother to apologize! If a customer calls about a missing order, it's basic customer service to at least offer an apology or acknowledge the mistake in some way. I wish I could say this place was worth the money, but we definitely won't be ordering a company meal here again.

The food is mostly quite good, especially the chicken dishes and sandwiches, though there is some variability. The sides are enjoyable as well. However, the prices are quite high and have recently been increased even more. It’s marketed as fast casual food, but the prices are higher than those at many standard restaurants. Overall, I would give the food a rating of 3 out of 5.

Our go to place for tasty and incredible food. The caliber of it should not be underestimated by the cafe/open air fast food look of the place. These guys have it dialed in and know what the customers want. The staff including the chefs have a can do service attitude and you can tell that they love where they work! When you have people there for 5 plus years for a place open more then 6 tells it all. It shows in the food and the service. Keep it up you have a great product/service and food that we will keep coming back for!! Don’t miss the Bahn Mi which tastes just like what we had in Saigon on our food tour. The chicken was even better and the fat from the roasted chicken on the bread just added more umami! Their salads are even awesome. They don’t skimp even their yummy house made potato chips. Put it on your list of places to frequent.

I got take out for my kid who is a picky eater and they devoured their food! We ordered the chicken pesto sandwich and the kale salad which is a favorite in our house. We'd never been to Brider but had the kale salad before at Oak in Boulder. The food is amazing and we will definitely be back!
