Bad service waiting list hours 17:00 dapet table 19:00 sampe hour 20:00 belom sent his food where pay dah used again cukkk, the congregation of this branch replaces KFC aja!

According to me the server is already maximum serving every customer, but the server is less, so many customers waiting for a long time on the dining table, I like the same server that there should be a alternating, TOLONG for management D'cost itc depok added new employees again

I and the first new family eat at D'Cost ITC Depok. It is convenient, the price is worth it and the taste of delicious loh. Udah gitu free ice tea sweet sepuasnya. The choice of the menu is also quite a lot. Only the cleanliness of the bathroom and washtafel please note. My time there, hand wash soap and wipes out. The tap water is small banget. Flush toilet is less functioning.

Terakhir makan D 'cost itc ini pas puasa sengaja sambil belanja sekaligus buka puasa disini, but....... Mami agak kecewa karena rasa yg ga karuan, pelayanan yg lama dan agak berantakan alias kotor????????.. Tapi mami positif thinking aja mungkin chef dan kawan2 sedang "hayati lelah "atau memang orderan yg berbarengan saat jam buka puasa. Dan baru weekend kemarin taraaa,, balik Lg Lunch disini dan Alhamdulillah Rasa kembali seperti sedia kala yg lebih enak dan ada bbrp menu baru dengan harga serta promo yg sangat worthed buat km coba guyss???????? Mamii pesen: Gurame goreng polos sambel kecap (8/10) enak luarnya crunchy2 dalamnya juicy si kecil pun sukakk Kerang Ijo S.padang (7/10) sebenarnya bumbunya enak, sayang oh sayang banyak yg zonkk isinya alias kopong kangkung bawang putih (7,5/10) enak gurih nya pas tapi agak kematangan Sambal mangga (7/10) mirip sambel rujak yg cocol pinggir jalan rasanya lumayan Sekarang Masih promo ambil nasi sepuasnya sampai begah cuma 3rb rupiah looh???????? Dan FREE teh Manis yg bisa Refill berkali-kali pula ???????? Pas bayar pun msh dapet voucher diskon pot.harga ya walaupun ga banyak nominalnya tapi lumayan lah daripada lumanyunn???????? Ok deh masih tetep jd customer setia kok mamii apalagi KLo masih promo nambah berkali-kali ada terus,, dasar mak2 hihihi????????

Anyway gue disappointed eating here, the taste changed drastically fitting first opened. Nasi fried nya tasteless alias slaver, bakmi fried his sweet banget beb. But grateful can still refill white rice and sweet tea ice here.
