Pfk - District de Hull

Extremely disappointed, went yesterday to get some food via drive thru and got an extra box of fries to bring home for dinner tonight and found a piece of steel in one of the fries..

Over the years we have always enjoyed the food from this store, but this last meal was a very big disappointment. The chicken pieces especially the legs looked like they were mangled. Also the pieces were over cooked like they were reheated a couple of times, and completely over battered.

Compared to other KFCs, this is definitely one of the worst. The staff doesn 't seem to care at all; the place is filthy and the chicken is often cooked in dirty oil, making it come out very dark and with a burnt oil taste. There were always chicken pieces missing in the buckets we bought. They often only accept cash as the debit/credit terminals are out of order. The washrooms are always disgusting, or out of order. The service is slow and they couldn 't care less about customer complaints. Basically, this place is horrible. There aren 't many KFCs in Gatineau but if you can, go to ANY other Kentucky.

PFK its KFC...I don't like their food at all....smell bad, too salty, too much oil, not well done
