McDonalds East Albury

Ordered a hamburger, completely messed it up there was no sauce and the meat was very dry. Almost took 10 minutes for an iced coffee.

I have visited Macca's in Albury for the past two afternoons and I must say, they have improved their service. The customer service was excellent. Well done to the Albury team, keep up the good work!

I visited the restaurant on New Year's Eve and was asked to wait in the drive-thru for my order. After 15 minutes of waiting, there was still no food. I had to go inside the restaurant twice to ask about my order, and finally after 20 minutes, I received 2 uncooked Ham Cheese Toasties thrown into a bag without being wrapped. The girl I spoke to was incredibly rude. I was so frustrated that I will never return to that restaurant again. I even went as far as to file a complaint with McDonald's. They really need to improve their customer service training.

I recently visited my local McDonald's and ordered a cheeseburger for $4. The service was quick, but the burger bun was stale, the cheese was frozen, and the meat was cold. To top it off, I found a blonde hair in my burger. When I called to address the issue, the staff told me there was nothing they could do and hung up on me.
