The Woolly Bugger At Sankoty Lakes

While the menu isn’t extensive, it feels just right to me. All the staff were busy and appeared to genuinely enjoy their work. Inside, the restaurant was packed, and the large patio was also filled with patrons. I'm not quite sure how they manage to keep track of everyone's orders without any mix-ups, but they seem to handle it seamlessly. There was a Tom Petty tribute performer on the patio that night, despite the chilly weather. People were bundled up, enjoying their meals and drinks, and having a great time. There were plenty of kids around, but they were all well-behaved, contributing to the family-friendly atmosphere, which definitely brought a smile to my face. The poor singer looked like he was freezing, but he put on his beanie and jacket and continued to play his guitar and sing. The restaurant has two large fire pits, and many customers were making good use of them. Overall, I plan on returning at some point, maybe with Nel or Karen, or possibly another friend. You never know!

The food was terrible! However, the waitress was fantastic! The atmosphere was decent, though it was quite cold inside. As a side note, we didn't have to pay because the food was so bad. Overall, I would rate the food a 1, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 4.
