Normally my stepdaughter and I go to the location in Liberty. Today for mother's day, the Hamilton location. Everything started off fine. Seated promptly. Everyone was nice. But when she ordered an alcoholic drink, she was not carded. Now, the drink didn't taste good and we told them, and we knew about their exchange policy. But, you didn't card someone that looks 15! I informed management. They took the drink off. Thanks, we appreciate it. The food was delicious, and the staff nice, but started to get treated differently and given the side eye by several staff after reporting. I'm sorry. But had she been an under cover cop or something, the restaurant woulda been closed, the waitress fined, the restaurant fined, and the lady whacked with a felony.

Very bad service, the food was very cold and the tortillas were brought last and because we ordered them we went to the other one that is located in Colerain and I did like it but in this one not only bi but they were not serving only one and a lady but They need to get settled and ready

Ordered Hawaiian fajitas, the steak was overcooked, very tough. The chicken was dry, definitely not want we expected
