Pizza Hut Express - Elmhurst

Staff doesn?t even acknowledge you or tell you to wait. They walk around and don?t attend the line/customers until they feel like it.

September 13, 2020 around 5:15pm Restaurants like these are supposed to be fair, first come first serve, customer service is awful. It took an hour to get my order and gave 6 people behind me their orders first. I complained about it and didn?t take it seriously/ never listened to me. I?m not the type of person to write reviews, but their customer service is beyond disrespectful, and rude this is not the first time this has happened. They didn?t give any explanations as to why it took so long. The workers that were working at this time was Sunday,

Bad place to buy pizza i ordered and waited 3 hours for the pizza to come and the pizza never came horrible place to buy .

With exception of one employee everyone else working there horrible attitude mean uff just terrible I feel like I?m about to get it to a fight every time I?m in this pizza hut that?s located in target. Pizza is good and snacks but you think about coming over just because the customer service is just disappointing ?

I went to many Pizza Hut around the country.This place is disgusting.no cheese on the pizza.bread is raw.Disgusting wings.smell very old.so sad
