Please try to avoid this branch. If you order food they takes minimum one hour. Even there's no one at the shop when we order. Don't waste your time and money. Very poor management Price per person: A$20–40

Just went tonight to the drive through on the left hand side and waited while the right side lane is ordering and waiting to be finish serving but then didn’t expect that I be cut three times and not being served and when I talk to the drive through server and the manager there excuses that the camera is not working and the based it on the line and the ding to be detected. So I said if you’re cam is not working you should put the sign. The manager saying that I should be standing on the line so it can detect my car and will hear a ding. In my mind, my car is standing right the microphone where you order if I move my car then how can I talk I be way further. So what the line they’re talking about and ding. Doesn’t make sense. I am very upset and angry and they don’t care especially the manager. No apology at all and the manager is insisting that I stand on the line. Dumb. My car is standing right where the microphone what more line they want and ding to detect it??? Unprofessional, very bad customer service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
