Mi Casa Grill Cantina - Enterprise

We eat here whenever we are in Vegas always order the same thing lamb chops1 Not typically Mexican, but delicious if you like lamb want to order something without spicey Mexican sauce on it. Portions are very generous. The menu is extensive with something for everyone's taste. The restaurant also has a sushi bar in it called Su Casa !

This was our first time both my tias and I came here. We heard good things about this place. The food was amazing. Didn't fail. We ordered enchiladas and quesobirrias. So so good. What I did not like is that upon arrival, when we checked in for our reservation, the lady gave us a face very unwelcoming. Sort of in a way like we didn't belong there. Our waitress who was Caucasian attended other customers of Caucasian descent but I had to get her attention to get refills on sodas. The only one we felt good with was the male server who initially brought our food who was Latino and spoke Spanish for my aunts who do not speak English. And a Latina server lady who also refilled our drinks once. We enjoyed the food, appreciated the place looking very clean and feeling clean. We did enjoy our food there regardless of the service provided. Really enjoyed the food.

I had heard the food was good so we decided to try it. It seemed we were waiting for our food for awhile and when it finally arrived it was warm almost to the point of cool ? did someone forget to bring out our order? I’m surprised on a not so busy evening that the service was the same as the food….subpar. I would think this would be the time for your service to “sparkle”. I love gambling at Silverton and maybe we should just keep it to that.

Waited 55 minutes before we got any food or beverage.Food and beverage arrived at same time .Asked for blended margarita- got on the rocks. After food was served had to ask 3 different employees for silverware. Two of our party got tacos- were burned- the replacements took 10 minutes and were ground beef rather than the chicken they had ordered. After eating waited 20 minutes for manager to come to our table and she offered us another drink or desert- did not want to wait close to another hour for more poor service. This restaurant experience did not impress our guests!
