Chuck E. Cheese - Escondido

Decided to do a birthday there the girl who helped us was great but everything felt so rushed and management Tina was not very nice taking our banner down with no notice after we repeatedly asked if it was ok to hang it and was answered yes. She didn?twant to deal with us so she kept sending the floor employees to deal with us. Not professional. We also where told after theparty to move because another party was coming but the party was on the other side of room we still had to move to another sideeven though we were still eating. Also saw the other party got to eat salads with regular plates and where familiar with theemployees so they could?ve been friends but upset me because I had to pay to eat salad while they just helped themselves due tofamiliarity to workers. Definitely wouldn?t do a birthday here again . Expensive just to feel rushed and unwelcome.

It was unorganized and weird from the start of walking in and not getting greeted by anyone. We had to ask for stamps or else we could have easily walked in/out without them. There weren't enough employees to get the job done and most of the ones there weretotal kill joys. An exception was the big guy bussing tables was really great and was multitasking other jobs at the same time.He should get a raise. Otherwise, it was crowded and there were super long lines with only one employee working at a time. A lotof the best games were out of order and the games are expensive for what you get. There wasn't anything in the prize machine towin. The photo booth game was out of ink. No one came to sing Happy Birthday and light the candles on the cake that I boughtthere at Chuck E. Cheese from Chuck E. Cheese. The cake was nothing special and tasted pretty alright. Definitely ediblecompared to most cakes. The pizza was better than it used to be, but at those prices you better hope it tastes decent. No onewas disinfecting the games like I saw at the other Chuck E. Cheese location in San Diego.

Used to take my kiddos ages 3-8, my 16yr old niece and 14yr old son were thirsty after school shopping so went in.They turned back the hands of time and played together without bickering at each other for a semi peaceful hour. Clean

Over priced food, dirty bathrooms, and unpolite management. Manager Tina unwilling to communicate with unhappy customers. Child fell in the bathroom due to a backed up center drain. Manager did not bother to check up on the matter. Floor Employees 10/10.
