Mcdonald's - Essex

Waited about 15 minutes, was told my breakfast order was lost. I placed the order before 10:50 and arrived at 11. Waited and was told the order was lost and they can ring it up again and I can pay a second time.This system doesn't work and your customers shouldn't have to pay for food twice when they haven't gotten food. I would have gone to Chick-fil-A but of course this happens on a Sunday.

Ordered thru the app when I got there to pick up food they didn't have any order for me BUT THEY TOOK MONEY OUT MY BANK NOW THAT WILL TAKE 3/5 DAYS TO GET MY MONEY
