Waited and was told the order was lost and they can ring it up again and I can pay a second time.This system doesn't work and your customers shouldn't have to pay for food twice when they haven't gotten food. I would have gone to Chick-fil-A but of course this happens on a Sunday.
One of most horrible places i have been. The manager normalizes rude attitude and leads in disgust .. 1 waited for over 12 min to get a double cheeseburger and when I asked why she said cause I used a coupon I was not ordering a meal. I said wow, what a sleek way of discrimination.
