Dunkin' - esville

One of the worst Dunkin’s! My iced coffee always taste like cough syrup from here but taste fine at other locations. Also they frequently mess up orders and I have to drive back. The customer service here is 50/50 honestly, some days okay other days horrible.

Says drive thru is open 24 hours but it is in fact NOT open 24 hours. i wanted some donuts. very upset, might cry.

I visited the location at 504 Queen City Pkwy, Gainesville, GA 30501Never have I ever experienced a more unsatisfactory visit to any place of business.Today I experienced the lack of attention, customer service and pride by 3 team members.The person who took our order was having a hard time focusing on us while taking our order which started the whole issue and not taking our order correctly.Secondly the person preping our drinks failed to call our drinks (wrong drinks by the way as we ordered iced and the drinks prepared were hot) causing a longer than normal wait time.Third and most unsatisfactory was the person who was called to rectify the situation. He was rude and prideful not willing to hear what we needed to fix a simple human error. He claimed we wanted not to pay and in the end still didnt listen to us and provided still the wrong order which we paid for and ended up requesting a refund.As consumers we understand how hard it is to get dedicated help and much more harder to keep good help, but in my opinion this last person by the name of James needs a lesson in customer service, listening and understanding especially if he is some sort of leader to the rest.

Doors are locked mid-day. No hours of operation posted. Not a serious business.———Gave them another chance today 2/14 at my wife’s insistence. Busy but moving, and doors open! They gave me the wrong order. I waited for a while in their very poorly designed drive through and it was not worth the headache. I went to the Dunkin on Green St instead, no problems. I won’t be coming back to this location.
