Freshii North Queen - Etobicoke

I ordered food online and the system identified 2 different times it would be delivered; one was 30 minutes later which I wanted and saw; the other on the receipt that showed noon the next day. Their system is jacked up. Do not order anything from them online. I'm now wasting time trying to fix this and get a refund. So many other restaurants have way more organized.

Got a Buddha Satay bowl only to find that the sauce was extremely thin to the point it looked and tasted like soup. After complaining they advised that they added coconut water to the sauce but refused to provide a replacement or refund.

They don’t use real peanut sauce. My budda satay bowl tasted like water and when I questioned the person working there he said they add coconut water not water and sometimes the coconut water is too watery ……

Excellent food quality!Really enjoyed My bowI ,I am at freshii for the first time and I highly recommend their Buddha bowl.Staff was great at greetings and helping with suggestions.

It’s a great experience. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. Amazing fresh food and service. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations
