Today, I placed that order, and they repeated it back to me (though it was never displayed on the screen). The first bowl they brought me had Habanero Spicy Breaded Chicken, which I had to send back. I'm gluten intolerant, and my colitis can't handle spicy food. I reiterated my order for the Cilantro Lime with Grilled Chicken. The second bowl they brought out also had Habanero Spicy Grilled Chicken. Once again, I sent it back. I simply cannot handle spicy food.
The drive-thru service is extremely slow, and I'm not sure I'll continue using any of their services if this is how the drive-thru operates.
If you're in search of a sugar rush or even a diabetic coma, this is definitely the place to be! Haha, it’s actually pretty good!

I'm Gluten intolerant and my colitis cannot handle spice. I said I ordered the Cilantro Limewith Grilled. Second Bowl: Habanero Spicy Grilled Chicken. I sent it back, I cannot stomach spice. I said it had the Habaneronot the Cilantro like I've been asking. Third Bowl: Cilantro Lime Grilled Chicken. This happens at least twice a week. Not onlyto me, but my partner and my coworkers. I even asked for my receipt and they gave me the one from the person in front ofme. When they mess up the orders they just look appalled you are sending it back and almost seem mad that you are requestingwhat you actually ordered. Oh, and if you go in, make sure you have an extra 30 MIN to wait for even a coffee and donut/hashbrown.
I ordered a new cilantro lime chicken wrap, and while it was delicious, it seemed smaller than the one I had at another location. I’ll reserve judgment on this spot until I try the next one to see if it’s consistent. The new touchless doors for the two restrooms are impressive, but there’s a problem for guests who are unfamiliar with the system or in a hurry. Many people don't pay enough attention to the small signs. They need to wave their hand over the inside sensor to gain access.
