The Original Pancake House - Fishers

After much consideration I ordered biscuits and gravy... When I tried to cut them into bite size pieces with the side of my fork... and I swear I am not joking about this (though I think it was aided by some cheaply made silverware) my fork literally bent and twisted against the biscuit. unbelievable. The small chunk (and I do mean chunk) of biscuit that I was able to dislodge was rubbery and hard... promptly and subtly found permanent rest in the bosom of my napkin. the waitress was very nice and brought me an egg sandwich which I had to eat with a new fork (which also appeared to have suffered some trauma throughout its life (no doubt from previous encounters with the biscuits and gravy) due to the bread bordering on a french toast like consistency. seriously... how can you serve food like that? Definitely will not go back.
