Ordered 2 pizza bowls, was told 20 minutes. Went to get it after 20 minutes, waited another 15 only then to be told they ran out of chicken. Changed to beef, waited 30 more minutes so basically over an hour and Not a single apology. NOT coming back! Done
When I arrived, I encountered Dion Waller, the manager at the Forest Park location. Unfortunately, she provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Rather than address our concerns, she attempted to dismiss my fiancé and me, yelling at us to go outside. I told Ms. Waller that I wouldn’t leave without addressing the poor service, especially since I was missing $20 worth of wings. Instead of assisting me, she continued yelling and seemed unable to control her anger. The staff mentioned that they were busy, which was not the issue; the problem was dismissing my concerns after I had already waited over an hour. In a shocking display, Ms. Waller threw all the cooked food on the ground as she went to the back. The situation escalated to the point where the police were called due to the shouting. Your employee Michael was the only one who handled the situation with any sense. After 20 minutes of arguing with the unreasonable manager, Mr. Michael finally processed my refund, but only after the police had arrived. He deserves a raise and should not have to work alongside someone like Ms. Waller, who has such an unstable demeanor. Ms. Waller made several threatening remarks that put my fiancé on high alert. All of this needless turmoil could have been avoided if she knew how to perform her role as a manager and address customer concerns appropriately. I have ordered from this location multiple times, but after this experience, I will never return nor bring any business there again.
Deon, the female employee, was very sarcastic when I asked how much longer my order would take and why the app had said it was ready. She claimed that the app often provides incorrect information and suggested I contact corporate. I told her I understood and that I just wanted my order, but she continued to be condescending and dismissive. Despite my attempts to stay calm, she escalated the situation by saying I didn't need to get "smart." I found her attitude unacceptable, so I requested a refund and asked for the corporate number. She refused to give it to me and told me I needed to look it up myself. As she processed my refund, she seemed to think it was all a joke, which was very unprofessional. My company frequently conducts business at this location, but after this encounter with the rude and unprofessional staff, I won’t be coming back as long as they are working there.
Excellent service and delicious food. Exactly what I was looking for, and it was fantastic! The person who took my order was very helpful and patient while I made my decision. Thank you!
